FAQ
- Why do drum apps have a delay between the tap and the sound?
- Many drum apps play a sample through a slow audio path or wait for a tap animation. Drumday mixes its own low-latency audio stream and starts the sound on touch-down.
- Can I hit two drums at the same time?
- Yes. Every finger is tracked separately, so hi-hat and kick (or three or four pads) sound together.
- Can I learn drums with this app?
- Yes. Today's groove gives you one basic beat per practice day — 8-beat rock, half-time, disco, shuffle and more — with a count-in, a guide sound and a timing score.
- Is there a metronome?
- Yes, right on the drum stage: change the tempo, switch 4/4 and 3/4, and see the beat dots.
- Can I record more than once?
- Yes. Record as many takes as you want, rename them and share any take as a WAV file.
- Can I move or resize the drums?
- Yes. Drag pads, change their size and volume, or hide pads you never use. The layout saves automatically.
- Are there ads while I play?
- No. Ads appear on the home, takes and kit screens, never on the drum stage, practice screen or layout editor.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no sign-up; everything stays on your phone.
