Feverwise Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-28

Feverwise ("the app") is a fever and medicine log for parents. It records a child's temperatures, the fever medicine given and when, symptoms and doctor visits, shows them on a chart and timeline, and reminds you when to check the temperature again or when the next dose interval has passed. It is provided by DDJ A1 ("we", "us"). Feverwise has no account system, no login and no server or cloud storage operated by us.

Data stored on your device

Child profiles (name or nickname and optional birth month), temperatures, medicine records, symptoms, notes and visit records are kept only on your device. The app itself does not upload this information to us.

If you use "Save a backup file", the app writes a file to the location you choose with Android's file picker; where that file goes afterwards is up to you. If you share a summary, the text is passed to the app you choose through Android's share sheet; what happens next is governed by that app. Uninstalling the app deletes the app's private data.

Permissions

Feverwise does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or phone permissions.

Information collected automatically by advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and share with Google, as a third party, the following for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where required, the app shows a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are used; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice from the app's Settings ("Ad privacy settings") and reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

Health information

The temperatures and medicine records you enter stay on your device and are not sent to us or to advertisers by the app. Feverwise does not calculate medicine doses and is not medical advice; follow the product label and your doctor or pharmacist. The app does not collect health data from sensors or other apps.

Children

The app is intended for parents and caregivers, not for children. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Uninstalling the app removes its data on your device. Because we hold no data about you on our side, there is nothing for us to delete; ad-related choices are available through the consent form and your device's ad settings.
