Fitbloom Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-08

Fitbloom ("the app") is a no-equipment home workout app for women provided by DDJ A1 ("we", "us"). You pick the body areas you want to train, follow short guided routines with a timer and rep counter, and keep a workout history and streak. Fitbloom is designed as a local-only app: it has no account system, no login, no server, and no cloud storage operated by us.

Data stored on your device

Everything the app keeps — your chosen body areas, level and workout options, your completed workouts (date, routine, duration, moves completed, estimated calories, optional mood), your optional weight entries, your 28-day challenge progress and your settings (reminder time, rest length, sound, units, theme) — is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us. There is no sign-up, account, or login. Deleting the app, or using "Delete all records" in Settings, deletes this data from your device. Android's standard app backup may include this data in your own Google account backup if you have device backup enabled; that backup is controlled by you and Google, not by us.

Health-related information

Weight and workout history are entered or produced by you and stay on your device. The app does not connect to Health Connect, Google Fit, wearables or any other health service, and it does not use sensors, the camera or the microphone. Calorie figures are rough estimates for motivation only and are not medical advice.

Sharing

If you tap "Share", the app creates an image card (or a short line of text) about your workout result on your device and hands it only to the destination you pick in the system share sheet. The home screen widget reads the same data stored on your device. We never receive any of this data.

Permissions the app asks for and why

The app does not request access to your location, contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, photos, SMS, or the content of other apps. The app does not replace your home screen launcher.

Information collected automatically

When you use the app, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs used for advertising. This may include:

This information is collected by the advertising SDK and shared with Google (AdMob) and its advertising partners for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance purposes. It is encrypted in transit. It is not linked by us to your workout or weight history, which stay on your device.

Advertising

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob: a banner on screens that show your content (such as home, history and results), an ad when the app starts, and full-screen ads only at natural pauses (when a workout is finished and the result screen opens, and after saving a weight entry). No ads are shown while you are working out or during the countdown. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may access your device's Advertising ID and the information described above. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, the app presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising data is used; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), and you can change your consent choice from the app's Settings screen.

For more information on how Google uses data when you use partners' apps, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app displays ads configured through Google AdMob in accordance with Google's policies.

Your rights

Because your workout and weight history exist only on your device, you are in direct control of them: you can delete them in the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes everything completely. Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may also have rights regarding data processed by advertising SDKs; you can exercise ad-related choices through the consent form and your device's ad settings described above.
