Inflowly Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-10

Inflowly ("the app") is an income tracker provided by DDJ A1 ("we", "us"). Inflowly is deliberately designed as a local-only app: it has no account system, no login, no server, and no cloud storage operated by us. Your income records never leave your phone.

Data stored on your device

Everything you enter — income sources and their amounts, one-time entries, your monthly goal, display currency, theme and reminder settings — is stored only on your device in the app's private storage. We never receive it, and we cannot see it.

Inflowly does not connect to your bank, card issuer, or any financial institution. There is no account aggregation, no transaction import, and no read access to your messages or notifications. Every figure in the app is one you typed in yourself.

There is no sign-up, account or login. Uninstalling the app deletes all of this data. Android's standard app backup may include this data in your own Google account backup if you have device backup enabled; that backup is controlled by you and Google, not by us.

Exporting and restoring your data

The app can write your records to a file you choose ("Export a backup") and read them back ("Restore from a backup"). That file is created through Android's own file picker, is stored wherever you choose, and is never uploaded anywhere by us. Once it leaves the app, the file is under your control — treat it like any other document containing your financial figures.

Permissions

Inflowly asks for one runtime permission:

The app also declares the following install-time permissions:

Inflowly does not request camera, phone, contacts, location, microphone, SMS, notification-listener, storage, or display-over-other-apps permissions.

Information collected automatically

When you use the app, certain information may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs used for advertising. This may include:

This information is processed by the advertising provider described below. None of your income data is included in it.

Advertising

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may access your device's Advertising ID and the information described above; this data is shared with Google as a third party for advertising and marketing purposes. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other regions where required, the app presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising data is used; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown instead. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), and you can change your consent choice from the app's Settings screen ("Ad privacy settings").

Ads never sit between you and your numbers: the screens where you type income in carry no banner, and the home screen widget shows your total with no ad at any point.

Notifications and reminders

The optional daily reminder is created and scheduled locally on your device. No push notification service is used, and we send you nothing from a server. Reminders can be turned off at any time in the app's Settings, and quiet hours are on by default.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app displays ads configured through Google AdMob in accordance with Google's policies.

Your rights

Because your data exists only on your device, you are in direct control of it: you can edit or delete any record in the app at any time, export it to a file you keep, and uninstalling the app removes everything. Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may also have rights regarding data processed by advertising SDKs; you can exercise ad-related choices through the consent form and your device's ad settings described above.

Because we hold no data about you, we cannot delete data on your behalf — there is nothing on our side to delete.

Security

Your data never leaves your device, which removes the most common exposure paths (server breaches, account leaks). We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock, and keeping any exported backup file somewhere you consider safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
