Kegel reminders that actually show up.

Pick 1–3 short sessions a day. Kegelday reminds you at your times, counts squeezes and relaxes for you with a ring, a buzz and an optional voice, and moves your level only when a session felt easy enough.

Reminders that don't stop

The next reminder is scheduled even if you swipe one away. You never have to open the app to keep them coming, and they re-register after your phone restarts.

Follow without looking

A short buzz means squeeze, a double buzz means relax. Do your pelvic floor exercises at your desk, in bed or in front of the TV.

Big ring, big number

The ring fills while you squeeze and empties while you relax, with a large countdown in the middle. Optional voice cues say "Squeeze" and "Relax".

Levels that follow you

After each session tap Hard, About right or Easy. Easy moves you up, Hard keeps you where you are, and you can step down any time.

Sessions never run long

Set a cap of 3, 5 or 8 minutes. Higher levels add exercises but the session always fits inside your cap.

1-minute muscle guide

How to find the right muscles, how to fully relax between squeezes, and what a reverse Kegel is before it shows up in your plan.

8-week plan, nothing locked

Foundation, holding, quick pulses, letting go, elevator and endurance. All stages and all reminders are included.

Discreet streak and widget

A calendar shows your streak and totals. The home screen widget and lock-screen reminders use neutral wording. No account.

FAQ

How do I find the right muscles for Kegel exercises?
They are the muscles you would use to stop peeing midstream or hold in gas. Use that once to find them, then practice when you are not peeing. Keep your belly, glutes and thighs relaxed and keep breathing.
How many Kegels should I do a day?
A common routine is about three short sessions a day. Kegelday lets you choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions and keeps each session to 3, 5 or 8 minutes.
Why do my Kegel app reminders only come when I open the app?
Some apps schedule the next reminder only when you open them. Kegelday sets the next reminder as soon as one fires, whether you open it or not, and re-registers reminders after a restart.
What is a reverse Kegel?
It is the opposite of a squeeze: gently letting the pelvic floor drop and widen without pushing hard. Kegelday explains it in the guide before it appears in your plan.
Is Kegelday for men or women?
Both. The goal you pick only changes the wording of your plan; the exercises are the same for everyone.
Is anything behind a paywall?
No. The full 8-week plan, every exercise and all reminders are available to everyone. Kegelday shows ads instead.
Will people see what the app is from my lock screen?
Reminders and the widget use neutral wording like "Your routine" and never mention Kegels or the pelvic floor.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up. Your plan and records stay on your phone.
