Ninemoon Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-01

Ninemoon ("the app") is a pregnancy week-by-week calendar provided by DDJ A1 ("we", "us"). It shows how many weeks and days along you are, your countdown to the due date and general weekly information, and lets you keep notes, weight entries, kick counts and contraction timings. Ninemoon has no account system, no login and no server operated by us.

Information stored on your device

Your due date (or the date you used to calculate it), the optional baby nickname, your notes, weight entries, kick-count sessions, contraction timings and app settings are stored locally on your device. The app itself does not send this information to us, and we have no server to receive it. We do not ask for your name, age, phone number or email address.

Uninstalling the app deletes this information. Android's standard app backup may include app data in your own Google account backup if you have device backup enabled; that backup is controlled by you and Google, not by us.

Backup files and sharing

If you choose Export to a file, the app writes your records to a file in a location you pick with the system file picker. If you choose Import from a file, the app reads only the file you pick. If you use Share today, the app creates an image card on your device and hands it to the app you choose through Android's share sheet. The app does not upload these files anywhere by itself.

Health-related information

Notes, weight entries, kick counts and contraction timings you enter may be health-related. They stay on your device as described above, are never read for advertising and are never used to target ads. The weekly information in the app is general information only and is not medical advice.

Permissions

Ninemoon does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage or phone access.

Advertising and information collected automatically

The app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may collect and share with Google information such as your device's advertising identifier and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions (for example ad views and taps), crash logs and diagnostics. This data is shared with Google as a third party for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention purposes. For more information see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and other regions where required, the app presents a consent form via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising data is used; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice from the app's Settings screen ("Ad privacy settings") and reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Your records exist only on your device, so you can edit or delete them in the app at any time, export them to a file, and uninstalling the app removes them. Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights regarding data processed by the advertising SDK; you can exercise ad-related choices through the consent form and your device's ad settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
