Repsheet Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-29
Repsheet ("the app") is a gym workout log: you create routines, record sets, reps and weights, use a rest timer and review your progress. It is provided by DDJ A1 ("we", "us"). Repsheet has no account system, no login and no server or cloud storage operated by us.
Data stored on your device
Your routines, workout history, custom exercises, body-weight unit and app settings are kept only on your device. The app itself does not upload this information to us.
If you export a backup or CSV file, it is saved to the location you choose through Android's file picker. If you share a workout summary card or the app, it is passed to the app you choose through Android's share sheet; what happens next is governed by that app. Uninstalling the app deletes the app's private data.
Permissions
- Notifications — for the optional workout reminder and the rest-timer alert. You can decline and grant it later in device settings.
- Vibration — for rest-timer and reminder alerts.
- Run at startup — so reminders are re-scheduled after your phone restarts.
- Internet / network state — used by the advertising SDK described below.
Repsheet does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar or phone permissions.
Information collected automatically by advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and share with Google, as a third party, the following for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:
- Device or other identifiers, such as the Advertising ID
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- App interactions (for example ad impressions and clicks, session activity)
- Crash logs and diagnostics
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where required, the app shows a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are used; if you decline, non-personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice from the app's Settings ("Ad privacy settings") and reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Uninstalling the app removes its data on your device. Because we hold no data about you on our side, there is nothing for us to delete; ad-related choices are available through the consent form and your device's ad settings.
