- Why doesn't the table update after I record a match?
- In Matchpad the table is recalculated on your phone the moment you save the score, so there is no server delay or sync step.
- Do I need to log in or create an account?
- No. There is no sign-up, login or password to lose. Your tournaments stay on your device.
- How are ties in the league table decided?
- Points first, then goal difference, then goals scored, then the head-to-head result between the tied teams.
- Can I use my own points system?
- Yes. Choose 3/1/0, win/loss, or set your own points for a win, draw and loss when you create the tournament.
- Can I run a group stage and then a knockout stage?
- Yes. Pick groups + knockout, draw the groups, and the group winners fill the knockout bracket automatically.
- Does it track the top scorer?
- Yes. Add scorers when you enter a result and the top scorer list is built for you.
- Can I share the results with my group chat?
- Yes. Share the table, bracket or a match result as an image. Long tables and scorer names are not cut off.
- What if I change phones?
- Back up your tournaments to a file from Settings and restore it on the new phone.
