Zero ads while you move
The workout player and countdown never show ads.
No subscription, no paywall
Every routine and level is open. No free trial that turns into a charge.
Never touches your phone
No launcher, no wallpaper change, no settings takeover. Just an app.
Standing first, floor last
Routines group standing moves before floor moves, so you get up and down less — easier on your knees.
No-jumping option
Swap jumps for quiet moves for apartments and sore joints.
By body area, 7–14 min
Butt, abs, legs, arms or full body, in 7, 10 or 14 minutes, at three levels.
Hands-free player
Big timer, beat counter for rep moves, short rest and auto next move.
Honest calories
Calories come from the time you actually moved. Skipped moves don't count.
FAQ
- Is it really free, or will it charge me later?
- There is no subscription and no paywall. Fitbloom is supported by ads, which never appear during the workout.
- Will it change my home screen or settings?
- No. Fitbloom does not ask to be your launcher and never changes your wallpaper, home screen or settings.
- Are there ads in the middle of a workout?
- No. The player and countdown are ad-free. Ads appear only on screens outside the workout.
- I'm a beginner. Is it too hard?
- Start at the beginner level with a 7-minute routine. Three levels let you step up when you are ready.
- I get tired of standing up and lying down again and again.
- Fitbloom orders each routine standing moves first and floor moves last, so you go to the floor once.
- Why do other apps show 800 kcal for 30 minutes?
- Many apps inflate numbers. Fitbloom estimates calories only from the time you actually moved, and skipped moves count as zero.
- Can I work out without jumping?
- Yes. Turn on the no-jumping option for quiet apartments or sensitive knees.
- Do I need equipment or an account?
- No. All workouts use body weight only, and there is no sign-up. Your history stays on your phone.
