FAQ
- Is every feature really unlocked?
- Yes. The health timeline, badges, history and widget are all available without a subscription. The app is supported by ads.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no login. Your quit data stays on your phone, and you can save a backup file to move it to a new phone.
- I smoked one cigarette. Do I lose everything?
- No. Tap “Start again” and your current streak is saved in History. Your longest streak and total smoke-free time are kept.
- Can I change my quit date?
- Yes, any time from History. Pick the date and time of your last cigarette.
- How does it count cigarettes not smoked?
- From your cigarettes per day, spread over 16 waking hours, so it does not keep counting while you sleep.
- When is nicotine out of my body?
- For most people nicotine is mostly gone within about 3 days. The health tab shows it as a milestone with a countdown.
- What does the craving button do?
- It asks how strong the craving is and what is going on, then runs a 3-minute breathing timer. Each craving you beat is saved and counts toward badges.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Health milestones are general information from widely published quit-smoking timelines. Talk to a doctor for medical help.
